In these workshops you will explore your emotions through creative exercises to discover that your emotions are your internal guide: each one gives you valuable information about your deepest needs because each emotion has a positive function.

Thus, each emotion can become an ally, to be tamed and developed in order to better understand what is going on inside you.

Dealing with loss

We are constantly affected by our emotions, but we don't always know how to recognise them or express them correctly.

The course will allow you to explore your positive and negative emotions, one by one, to understand their role and discover what they have to tell you about your deepest needs.

Through exercises and tools from Creative Journaling® and coaching you will discover the positive role of each emotion and experiment ways to maintain or regain positive energy.

You will be given clear instructions and examples throughout the workshop.

No artistic predisposition is necessary.

  • 2 day course (2 full days or 4 half days).
  • The workshops are designed for individual work based on writing, spontaneous drawing and collage, guided step by step.
  • Video catch-up if you miss a session.

Dealing with loss

2 days to put your experience into words and visuals and to create a feeling of serenity

We are constantly faced with loss and separation, but we do not always know how to "make peace" within ourselves. Grieving for what we have lost is a path we can decide to walk.

During this workshop you will create a journal focusing on a difficult situation that you have not yet accepted: a break-up, a separation or any other form of loss (job, status, expected promotion, departure of children, illness, freedom ...).

The different emotions experienced will be explored using New Creative Journaling® tools and artist journaling techniques. The protocole is called "The Grief Journal©" and was created by Nathalie Hanot.

The aim of the workshop is to put into words, images and forms your experience and to create page after page a feeling of serenity and peace. The journal becomes an artistic portrayal of the experience.

You are welcome to bring personal material related to the situation you wish to go through (photos, photocopies, words, images, memories...), which will be used and included in the journal. The rest of the material is provided.

You will be guided by clear instructions and examples. No artistic predisposition is necessary.
