We are constantly faced with loss and separation, but we do not always know how to "make peace" within ourselves. Grieving for what we have lost is a path we can decide to walk.
During this workshop you will create a journal focusing on a difficult situation that you have not yet accepted: a break-up, a separation or any other form of loss (job, status, expected promotion, departure of children, illness, freedom ...).
The different emotions experienced will be explored using New Creative Journaling® tools and artist journaling techniques. The protocole is called "The Grief Journal©" and was created by Nathalie Hanot.
The aim of the workshop is to put into words, images and forms your experience and to create page after page a feeling of serenity and peace. The journal becomes an artistic portrayal of the experience.
You are welcome to bring personal material related to the situation you wish to go through (photos, photocopies, words, images, memories...), which will be used and included in the journal. The rest of the material is provided.
You will be guided by clear instructions and examples. No artistic predisposition is necessary.
