Team spirit is the result of a common vision, shared values that are experienced in action, and meaningful projects. When all employees move forward together and in the same direction, everyone is motivated, efficient and energised.

Individual and collective strengths are identified. Team members get to know each other in their areas of excellence in order to build on them and thus strengthen the team's trust capital. It is an opportunity to share and recharge one's batteries, which actively contributes to cohesion and well-being at work.
Overcoming certain difficulties and learning to work more successfully together (communication, distribution of roles, leadership, conflict regulation, etc.). Team cohesion is enhanced by improving the way the team functions.
Team coaching can be considered as a follow-up to the team building offer, depending on the specific needs.
